Introduction: Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is one of the leading causes of maternal mortality in developing countries.
Although internal iliac artery is a life-saving procedure however it is not commonly performed by obstetricians
and gynecologists. This study is aimed at emphasizing the usefulness of IIAl and its role as a lifesaving procedure
