Background: Postmenopausal bleeding (PMB) is approximately 20-30% of cases of postmenopausal vaginal bleeding,
the cause may be attributed to endometrial carcinoma or atypical endometrial hyperplasia. Endometrial hyperplasia
(EH) is considered to be a frequent cause of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) in postmenopausal women. Trans
vaginal ultrasound (TVS) is the first step followed by invasive procedures for its detection.An ultrasound measurement
